St. Louis Dietitian nutritionists
St. Louis dietitian nutritionist
I am a compassionate registered dietitian that has experience in research, clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, and eating disorders. I competed in Division I track at Saint Louis University where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. Then I stayed in Saint Louis to complete my Master’s Degree and Dietetic Internship in Nutrition and Physical Performance. From there I have worked in a variety of settings that have enriched my knowledge on nutrition and wellness.
I specialize in working with disordered eating, eating disorders, eating disorders in athletes (RED-S), and athletes looking to be more intuitive with their food and fuel. I believe that food and movement can be enriching to life, but when we are constantly bombarded with conflicting information of what is “right” or “best”, it can make fueling and exercise a huge stressor!
My favorite part of my job is watching clients’ grow in their confidence to fuel their body to meet their individual nutrition needs as well as regaining food freedom and the ability to enjoy eating. I will help you gain the knowledge and confidence to make peace with food and movement from an anti-diet, non-weight focused approach.

St. Louis dietitian nutritionist
As a registered dietitian my favorite part about my job is building rapport with clients and helping them neutralize their own food/body judgments. I use an individualized approach to tailor nutrition interventions for each client and I believe in an anti-diet approach that prioritizes food freedom with each client I work with.
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and completed my dietetic internship at Saint Louis University where I participated in research focusing on eating disorders. After graduating I gained experience in clinical nutrition, pediatric nutrition, disordered eating, and eating disorders.
Growing up as a dancer ignited my passion for working with eating disorders. I have been working in the field of eating disorders professionally since 2019 and continue to work at a local eating disorder treatment center. I specialize in working with disordered eating and eating disorders, and I have a special interest in working with dancers and those in the performing arts. I’m excited to work with you on your journey to food & body freedom!

About The Tasty Balance
A Unique Nutrition Approach
If you were to do one thing now that your future self will thank you for it would be to ditch the diet culture. Not sure what this means or never heard of this? That’s because so many of us are deep in diet culture and don’t realize it.
No, you don’t have to have try and fit into what society deems as the perfect body. You have a body and that is enough! Our approach is to help you learn how to accept food as something to enjoy and nourish your body. Learn more.
Why ‘Tasty Balance’?
Everything in moderation, and of course, that includes chocolate and wine! It seems opposite to what you would think registered dietitians would say but trust us! As soon as you put foods off-limits it makes it that much more desirable.
There is room in your life for all kinds of foods and what is most important is finding a balance that includes what you love and allows you to live life without feeling restricted. This belief is what lead us to want to treat eating disorders and become an Intuitive Eating dietitian.
We value diversity and inclusivity
As a business focused on cultivating inclusivity and positive well-being, Capitol Nutrition Group affirms all people regardless of their age, weight, culture, disabilities, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, marital status, nationality, race, religion, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status.
