Meal prep win! 🍌🍞

Something super simple as making this banana bread’s can help your week go a little bit smoother. Save this recipe for later to make with your little ones!

3-4 ripe bananas
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 cups oat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mash bananas well in a large bowl. Add yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix well. Add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix in chocolate chips.

Grease pan well with cooking spray. I baked it in two different size pans and kept and eye on them and pulled the smaller one out about five minutes early. Total bake time 30-40 minutes. Check if center is done with a knife and bake for longer if needed!
