We know it might seem surprising at first. As a practice, we’ve always supported an approach to nutrition that doesn’t revolve around dieting or weight loss. We prioritize health outcomes like energy, digestion, blood sugar balance, body trust, and sustainable habits—regardless of what the scale says.

So how does that align with medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro?

GLP-1 medications can be valuable tools for some people—especially those navigating Type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, PCOS, or other metabolic concerns. But just like any tool, they’re most effective when used with guidance, intention, and support.
