Ashley is a registered dietitian and lactation counselor who helps parents nourish themselves and their little ones with confidence — no guilt, no extremes, just support that fits real life.

From pregnancy through postpartum and beyond, Ashley works with families navigating:

✨ Binge eating isn’t about “lack of willpower.” ✨ ✨ Binge eating isn’t about “lack of willpower.” ✨

Aside from under-fueling, there are so many other triggers that can play a role, like:

- Restricting food or labeling it as “off limits”. This puts food on a pedestal and so one bite of the “wrong” food and its f-it, I’ll start Monday.

- Stress, boredom, or other emotions. This is where we dig in so much more than your average dietitian because emotions matter and drive so much of our eating behavior!

- Certain environments (holidays, parties, late-night routines). This DOES NOT mean avoid these events, it’s learning how to be present at them and not be totally in your head about the food there.

- All-or-nothing thinking (“I blew it, so why stop now?”) such a big one! Some clients are totally unaware they are even doing it so having us point it out is always fun 😉

- Fatigue or lack of sleep. Obviously can’t always control this so it’s the act of choosing grace if you feel you overeat while in this state.

- Body image struggles. Again the screw it mentality can sneak up with body image. And again this is where our sessions are about so much more than food ❤️
